Eligibility Criteria

• Be a for-profit business entity in good standing
• Operate within the life sciences sector
• Be an early-stage company requiring laboratory space
• Have at least one full-time founder or employee
• Have raised no more than $5 million in dilutive capital

Participation Commitments

• 🗓️ Program Duration — Twelve months of support
• 📄 Application Components — Submission of various required materials including a pitch deck and letters of support
• 🤝 Community Engagement — Active participation in the Ocean State Labs innovation community
