Eligibility Criteria

• Participants must be under 40 years old (born after January 1, 1985)
• Must be citizens of China or African countries
• Projects must be proposed by tech-based SMEs established on or after January 1, 2020
• Projects should demonstrate technological innovation and have clear intellectual property rights
• Proficiency in Chinese or English is required
• Individual or team participation allowed (teams of 3-6 members)
