Eligibility Criteria

• Open to new and informal businesses in Detroit
• Must have a business plan or be willing to create one
• Businesses must be transactional or mobile, digital, or home-based
• Must have a location in Detroit for the Design Track
• Must seek to close financing gaps for the Cash Track

Participation Commitments

• Must attend an info session either virtually or in-person
• Submission of a complete application by the deadline
• Participation in the selection process and follow-up communications
• Commitment to develop a business plan if applying for the Plan Track
