Eligibility Criteria

• 🌱 Innovation Requirement
• Must develop or hold innovative technology (including products, services, platforms, or formal patents) or collaborate with research institutions for R&D
• 🏢 Company Age
• Company must be established for no more than 10 years
• 💼 Revenue Limit
• Annual sales must not exceed SGD 100 million or have more than 200 employees
• 🚫 Subsidiary Restrictions
• Must not be a subsidiary of a large enterprise, and ownership structure must comply with regulations
• 🌍 Geographic Focus
• Business activities should primarily or entirely be conducted in Singapore

Participation Commitments

• 📍 Milestone Submission
• Must submit a technology and business milestone plan to align with funding disbursement
• 🏢 Incorporation Requirement
• Must be registered as a private limited company in Singapore
• 💵 Equity Requirement
• Funded companies must allow Enterprise Singapore to hold 50% equity rights in the grant amount
