Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a legally registered business entity in the participating country/region of entry
• Must have been actively operating for 7 years or less in its current form
• Must generate annual revenues between US $1 million and US $15 million, OR have successfully raised a minimum of US $500,000 in equity capital
• Must be a pure technology business, or an explicitly tech-enabled, tech-driven, or tech-led enterprise where proprietary technology is central to scalability
• Must not be majority-owned by a large corporate group

Participation Commitments

• Must deliver pitches and supporting documentation in English
• Must be available to pitch at local/regional final events and the Global Final in November 2026.
