Eligibility Criteria

• 🌍 Geographic Eligibility
• Open to startups that are registered in Puerto Rico or the USA, or willing to register in Puerto Rico upon selection.
• 🏢 Legal Status
• Must be a legally registered company established for no more than three years.
• 💼 Business Stage
• Startups must be innovative and have either initiated or plan to initiate Pre-seed or Seed funding within six months prior to the program start.
• 👥 Team Requirements
• Teams must be willing to participate in a 16-week in-person accelerator program in Puerto Rico.
