The INBOUND PROGRAM is an online startup accelerator designed for foreign entrepreneurs aiming to expand their businesses into Tokyo, offering expert lectures, networking opportunities, and mentoring in the Mobility and CleanTech sectors, with applications open from June 19 to July 31, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be an overseas startup without an office in Japan
• Must be an unlisted company
• Operating business in Mobility or CleanTech
• Have a specific business plan for expanding business into Tokyo
• Have a track record of overseas expansion or collaboration
• Have an organizational scale sufficient to commit to overseas expansion
• Have a team structure that allows participation in all program activities
• Business level of English proficiency
• Attendees must possess decision-making authority related to management
• Able to participate in an Online Interview if passed the first screening
