Eligibility Criteria

• Startups must offer a product or service for decentralized energy market in Sub-Saharan Africa
• Headquarters registered in Sub-Saharan Africa
• Majority of shares held by African nationals or Non-Africans living permanently in Africa
• At least one founder with 2 years of business experience
• Minimum Viable Product (MVP) ready with existing pilot customers
• No branch or franchise of an international company
• Product/service age max. 10 years
• Company has not received > 500k euros from investors
