Eligibility Criteria

• The company's owner must be a Cambodian citizen or have permanent residence in Cambodia
• Digital startups must be no older than 3 years from the date of official business registration
• The Digital Research & Innovation Award is open to all individuals and institutions.

Participation Commitments

• Must submit a complete application by the deadline
• Winners must attend the award ceremony on December 11, 2026
• Participants may need to provide documentation proving eligibility criteria.
