Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a technology-driven startup
• Must have an existing technology product (MVP, beta, or live product)
• Demonstrated early traction (users, revenue, funding, or partnerships)
• Must operate within the region targeted by the selected cohort
• Founders should be based in or actively operating in that region
• Preferably at least one technical founder or strong technical lead
• CEO or key decision-makers must participate
• Startup must be legally registered (in most cohorts)
• Must comply with local regulations
