Eligibility Criteria

• Startups may be from any country or time zone
• Solo founders and teams are eligible
• Technology-driven or innovation-enabled businesses are welcome, but technology is not mandatory
• Applicants should have a validated problem with early traction or a strong hypothesis
• Founders should be coachable and committed to the process
• Applicants must be willing to engage transparently on financials and cap table
• No Bahrain residency is required; physical location does not affect eligibility

Participation Commitments

• Submit a company profile, pitch deck and funding requirements through the platform
• Application and evaluation are free, with no equity taken at application stage
• Any equity or fee arrangements are only discussed if both parties decide to proceed, on transparent and founder-friendly terms
• Expect an initial response within 7 business days and a full evaluation typically within 14 days
• The average time to term sheet is stated as 60 days
• Applicants are expected to be coachable and committed to the process
• Applicants are expected to engage transparently on financials and cap table
• Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and earlier applications are stated to have a better position
