Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a registered company
• Referral or partner code required
• Eligible Stages: idea, pre-seed, seed, Series A
• Must be referred through one of Datadog's official partners (VCs, accelerators, or hyperscaler/vendor startup programs)
• Applicants cannot be current or prior Datadog customers and cannot have previously received DDFS credits.

Participation Commitments

• Approval typically takes three to five business days
• Accepted applicants must confirm credit activation within 30 days of the approval email
• Accounts that remain inactive for three months receive a warning, with another 30 days to start using products before removal from the program.
