The Blazer App Accelerator supports UAB faculty, staff, and students in developing software and app-based ideas through a structured program that includes two courses and potential funding opportunities.

Benefits

• 💰Grant Opportunity — Eligible for a grant of up to $50,000 from the Blazer Bridge Fund after completing both courses

Eligibility Criteria

• UAB faculty, staff, and students
• Graduate students must have a faculty lead
• Must submit or have submitted an IP disclosure

Participation Commitments

• Attend two four-week courses
• Complete Course 1 to apply for Course 2
• Submit an IP disclosure for eligibility
