Eligibility Criteria
- Open to NGOs, foundations, civil society organizations, academic institutions, for-profit companies, and grassroots organizations
- Projects must be implemented in Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, Kenya, Madagascar, Malawi, Mozambique, Nigeria, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Uganda, or Zambia
