Eligibility Criteria

• Teams must have at least 2 founders
• Startups must be incorporated on or after January 1, 2025
• Startups must be based in EU Member States or Horizon Europe Associated Countries
• Only one application per team or startup is allowed
• Applicants must demonstrate a prototype, Proof-of-Concept, or near-MVP stage.

Participation Commitments

• Selected ventures must provide 5% equity through a SAFE agreement
• Participation in a 12-week incubation program
• Attendance at the Demo Day
• Commitment to validate their business idea and develop an MVP.
