    A comprehensive program designed to empower female researchers in health and life sciences through online learning and an in-person experience in Silicon Valley, providing mentorship, networking opportunities, and exposure to successful entrepreneurs. Participants will refine their business ideas and gain insights into commercialization strategies, culminating in a chance to present to investors.

    Eligibility Criteria

    • Applicants must have an affiliation with a German university or research institution
    • German citizenship is not required
    • Open to female students and researchers in health and life sciences
    • Must be willing to participate in both online and in-person components
    • Must pay a non-refundable application fee of EUR 50

    Participation Commitments

    • Must attend all online learning modules from May 13 to June 30, 2026
    • Must participate in the in-person program in the Bay Area from September 7-11, 2026 if selected
    • Payment of a non-refundable EUR 50 application fee is required
    • Participants are responsible for their own travel expenses and visas if necessary
