The Orange Corners Bangladesh Innovation Fund offers financial support and resources to early-stage businesses in Bangladesh that demonstrate social, economic, or environmental impact, with a focus on ethical governance and sustainability.

Benefits

• Up to BDT 6,000,000 working capital financing
  Payment Structure: Amortizing facility repaid through Equated Quarterly Instalments (EQI).

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2 years of business operations in Bangladesh
• Private Limited Company registered in Bangladesh
• Audited financial statements for the past two fiscal years
• Must possess all necessary business licenses and regulatory approvals
• Demonstrated commitment to fair employment, environmental sustainability, and ethical governance
• Companies that have a founder aged between 18 – 35 are encouraged to apply
• Businesses that have a woman founder/co-founder are encouraged to apply
• Measurable social, economic, or environmental impact aligned with the SDGs.

Participation Commitments

• Submit proposal documents via email by 31st December 2025
• Only shortlisted applicants will be notified for further steps.
