A six-month accelerator program aimed at supporting Black-led ventures in the STEM sector, providing access to significant resources, mentorship from industry leaders, and opportunities for collaboration with academic institutions. Participants will engage in workshops and receive hands-on support to prepare for fundraising efforts, enhancing their business growth and market presence.

Eligibility Criteria

• Black-led or at least one Black Co-Founder
• Must be in Canada
• $100K in Revenue and/or Investments
• Must Operate in a STEM related industry
• Have an operating business with early traction
• Are post-MVP or revenue-generating
• Are exploring fundraising within the next 6–12 months

Participation Commitments

• Must commit to a six-month program duration
• Participation in workshops and coaching sessions is required
• Active preparation to raise external capital is necessary
