The Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS) is an initiative aimed at providing financial assistance to innovative startups in India, enabling them to conduct proof of concept trials, develop prototypes, and enter the market, thereby facilitating their growth and potential for attracting further investments from angel investors and venture capitalists.

Eligibility Criteria

• DPIIT-recognized startups
• Incorporated not more than 2 years ago
• Must have a viable business idea
• Must aim for product development and market fit

Participation Commitments

• Must apply through eligible incubators
• Startups can apply to 3 incubators simultaneously
• No mandatory physical incubation required
