Eligibility Criteria

• Open to defense tech startups and companies developing technologies for military applications
• Must be a legally registered company in Ukraine
• Projects must focus on priority areas such as missile systems, UAVs, and electronic warfare
• Technologies must be at various stages of development, from concept to testing
• Must demonstrate a clear result for battlefield application

Participation Commitments

• Must submit a detailed project proposal outlining technical objectives and expected outcomes
• Participation in the Defense Tech Valley summit on September 16-17, 2026
• Regular updates and progress reports required during the grant period
• Collaboration with military units for testing and implementation of technologies
