Eligibility Criteria

• Must lead a business providing green products or services that addresses poverty and creates job opportunities for young rural women and youth under 35
• Must have demonstrated business progress in the past 12 months
• At least 5 years of professional experience with a commitment to addressing poverty issues
• Must operate in West Africa (Sierra Leone, Ghana, Nigeria, Liberia, Gambia)
• Must provide evidence of leadership support for environmental sustainability and inclusivity
• Must have reliable internet access and be able to fully participate in the program.

Participation Commitments

• Must fully participate throughout the entire program
• Required to attend a virtual selection meeting if shortlisted
• Must be prepared to start the program in July 2026.
