Eligibility Criteria
- Must have a valid Australian Business Number (ABN)
- Headquartered in New South Wales (NSW)
- Must have an official Australian deposit-taking institution account
- Must be registered as an Australian company or an Indigenous or Torres Strait Islander company
- Must hold intellectual property or commercialization rights
- Annual turnover must not exceed AUD 400,000 in the past three years
- Must have no more than 10 full-time equivalent employees
- Project must be conducted in NSW and completed within 12 months
- Technology readiness level (TRL) must be between 3-9
- Must meet specific funding stream conditions for diverse businesses
