A competition designed for women-led startups that offers a chance to win a $50,000 equity-free cash prize, along with access to mentorship, networking opportunities, and connections to global investors. Eligibility Criteria

• Female-founded or co-founded startups only
• Female co-founder(s) must hold a minimum of 33% equity
• Companies must be in business for less than 7 years (registered after January 1, 2019)
• Preference given to startups actively raising funds
• Idea-stage startups do not qualify

Participation Commitments

• Must submit a complete application by the deadline
• Participation in mentoring and networking events
• Commitment to showcase their startup on a global stage
