2026 Flagship Fellowship

About

The 2026 Flagship Fellowship, organized by the Watson Institute, offers a fully-funded 16-week program designed for founders and entrepreneurs who are committed to building impactful solutions. Participants will receive intensive training, mentorship, and connections to capital, while engaging with a global peer community. The program requires a full commitment, including a mandatory virtual immersive experience and weekly workshops, making it an excellent opportunity for those leading ventures with demonstrated traction in South Florida or those willing to relocate.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a founder, entrepreneur, or community-driven innovator
• Leading a venture with demonstrated traction
• Commitment to building impactful solutions
• Business stage: operating for 1-5 years with fewer than 10 employees
• Must be based in South Florida or willing to relocate.

Participation Commitments

• Full commitment to the 16-week program
• Mandatory virtual Immersive from August 11–18, 2026
• Weekly workshops on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM MT
• Weekly time commitment of 8–10 hours.
