Eligibility Criteria

• Open to startups globally
• Must be a legally registered startup company
• Must have secured pre-seed to Series A funding from institutional investors or common Web3 funding channels
• Must not have received more than $5,000 in Google Cloud Credits previously
• For AI/Web3 projects, AI must be a core capability or have support from common Web3 investors

Participation Commitments

• Must complete the application process through the provided link
• Must demonstrate prior funding from specified sources
• Company must be established for no more than 10 years
• Funding must be secured within the last 12 months for Series A applicants
