Participants will engage in a full-time commitment to develop their innovative solutions while receiving support from industry leaders and resources at the Aerospace Innovation Hub.

Eligibility Criteria

• Founder must have legal right to work in Canada for the program duration
• Founder must be a full-time executive owning at least 25% of the startup
• Founder must have advanced knowledge in an aerospace-related field
• Startup must have a plan for a commercially viable product or service
• Startup must be incorporated in Alberta or nationally less than 2 years ago or not raised more than $500,000 in dilutive funding

Participation Commitments

• Must commit full-time to startup activities throughout the program
• Attendance at in-person workshops and events is required
• Accountability to milestones set in collaboration with coaches
• Founders must reside in Calgary during the program and maintain a company presence at the Aerospace Innovation Hub
