Eligibility Criteria

• Open to startup teams from Ukraine, Europe, and other regions
• Must be a legally registered startup
• Applicable to general category startups and dual-use projects (civil and defense technology)
• Teams must submit an independent application and pass selection to participate in the competition

Participation Commitments

• Must attend the competition event in Warsaw, Poland
• Participants must present their projects to the judges and investors
